Lots of gluten free options marked on main menu: quite a few starters (nothing deep fried though), salads, most pastas can be done gluten free, and three risottos. No gluten free pizza unfortunately. Food was delicious and I felt confident it was prepared safely. I had the cheese/meat board as an appetizer and the light cream sauce with mushrooms and chicken with gluten free penne as my main.

Visited here earlier this week and had a really nice meal. There is plenty of choice for GF eaters with most pastas offered as a GF option as well as other items marked clearly on the menu.
I had the grilled octopus to start which was well cooked and really nice, followed by a braised lamb pasta - sorry the exact title eludes me. Whatever it was called, it was well cooked and tasty.
The service generally in Toronto is much more relaxed (not as good) as London. The review would have been a 4 if I had not had my main course delivered while I was still eating my starter.
If I went again, I'd know to be clear about exactly how/when I wanted service and felt fit and healthy after eating there which is the main objective.

This place was fantastic. They were very knowledgable. There were so many GF options on the menu I was overwhelmed. Everything I tried was delicious.
