Review of Circles Waterfront Restaurant

The staff here is not knowledgeable about the gluten-free items on their menu. The menu was labeled with GF options however it is incorrect. They offer tortilla chips that are cooked in a shared fryer. The executive chef says that this is safe. Absolutely not safe. The entire staff including the chef need to be educated. I did not eat here.
