They can make almost any pasta dish with gluten free penne! The waitress checked with the kitchen and was very careful to note that my son and I have a "food allergy" (which I have learned is more easily understood than Celiac). I had the baked rigatoni (but with penne)... it was delicious!!

I’ve gotten the penne vodka here several times, and it’s one of the best I’ve had in my seven years as a Celiac. I appreciate that the waitress went to double-check with the kitchen before taking my order.
