Although they do not list GF items on the menu, staff was very comfortable and knowledgeable in recommending or modifying items to be GF. The dessert menu, however, is labeled with GF and had a few to choose from. The runner even showed me the ticket with the gluten allergy listed and ensured it was made with care. I had sautéed shrimp with broccoli, basmati rice and a lovely wine caper butter sauce. 5 hours in and no reaction. I will be back to try more items on there menu for sure.
