Review of Clear Springs Restaurant

They have a printed GF menu. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Kitchen staff takes precautions to avoid cross-contamination., but they don’t have a dedicated kitchen space. No dedicated fryer, so avoid fried foods. They don’t have GF bread, but offer lettuce. Recommend the Crawfish-Corn chowder, blackened seafoods, broiled seafoods, burgers, and salads on GF menu. They make most salad dressings in-house, so they are free of gums (Xanthan Gum) and Gum blends/thickeners. Steaks seasoning is GF and good. I’m extremely sensitive Celiac (even have a problem with Xanthan Gum, most oils, etc... I did NOT get sick. The manager also said that their adjacent restaurant Auntie Pastas has zoodles and all of their sauces are gluten free.
