My son and I have celiac so we ordered both GF breads and both square and round GF pizza. It was all delicious and uncut to prevent CC. Unfortunately I am super sick (I’m sensitive and he’s not) and in pain the way I usually am a couple hours post meal when I get glutened :(
Ordered the gluten free pizza. I watched them check on the pizza and pull it out with different utensils than the others. They were kept in a seperate spot and a different color. They didn’t cut it for cross contamination. It tasted just like the regular pizza! It was so delicious! Highly recommend!
We, on a very rare occasion, eat at the restaurant location in Eastpointe, but a friend recently got my daughter pizza from here and said they had dairy free cheese, too. Not only that but she told me they don't cut their gluten free pizzas either. My 11 year old is insanely sensitive and ate without reprocussions, so without looking further into it my family got take out from here.
We enjoyed both round and deep dish pizzas, and we all ate safely. My husband made and picked up the order, so I'm not sure what kind of conversations he had about cross contamination or proticols and practices. To feed my family pizza it was roughly the same price as making it myself. Their pizza tastes better and saves me a hours.
The pepperoni was very greasy, and if you blot the dairy free cheese it all comes off with the grease. We has a pizza with veggies on it, and that wasnt greasy at all.
There is no seating here, and it's not for dine in. It's delivery or take out. And we are excited to have this safe option!
