Review of CO Restaurant

I definitely recommend this restaurant for anybody with Gluten allergies or not. They have a separate GF menu and our server (who has a Gluten allergy herself) noted that the kitchen takes precautions to keep everything separate. My husband got the GF Hanoi Noodles w/Shrimp and my daughter and I split the non-GF Carmel Pork Banhi Mi, the food was Amazing and Super Flavorful! And for an extra bonus my husband pointed out that the GF portion size was Huge compared to what he is normally given when he orders off GF menus.
