Yes they have a GF pizza crust... but that's about where it starts and ends. I watched as the same oven paddles were used for both GF and regular pizzas, and I could definitely tell when I ate my GF pizza that there was cross contamination. I mean the pizza was delicious... but this kind of defeats the purpose of paying more for something that still causes discomfort.
Additionally I was pretty put out when I had to pay full price for my 10 inch GF pizza during happy hour when my friends got their regular 12 inch pizzas for half price. I asked but the answer was simply NO.
No
I ordered a pizza to-go and thought it was pretty good, with really fast service for a Saturday night. I tried the Signature sauce (they have three sauce options) and it was sweet and pretty ok. I'm really sensitive to gluten and did not get sick. The pizza is also not as greasy as a lot of other pizzas get, although I couldn't really taste the cheese. Worth a try to see if you like it.
Yes
Pizza was good and I'd definitely go back for it, but be warned it had almost nothing else that's GF. Not a single appetizer was GF, just a warning in case you wanted to go with friends but didn't want pizza.

They offer both a gluten free crust and a cauliflower crust. I tried the gf crust, while my husband got the cauliflower and also tried my gf pizza. I’m not sure if the cauliflower is gf, so I didn’t try it.
I was satisfied with the gf crust, could have been crispier, but it tasted fine. The toppings and cheese were really generous (I got mushroom and pepperoni, and there was a ton of cheese on it).
Of the two, my husband preferred the cauliflower crust. These crust options are only available in personal-sized pizzas. Overall, it was nice to have a takeout pizza option, but I think we’ll continue to just get the Costco Kirkland brand frozen cauliflower crust pizzas.

Review for Eileen by fiance
We've been hearing about Coal Fire's gluten free pizza, how good and safe they are, even came here while researching, however... My fiancé who's a celiac has been vomiting for the past 40 minutes. There is no doubt that she was glutened as this is how it presents with her. Not a whole lot more to say, but clearly not as safe as folks have made it out to be.

The gluten-free pizza is good, but however the service here is seriously lacking. After we were done eating did our server ask us if we wanted refills.

The old reviews say the pizza is served in an aluminum container. This is no longer the case. I have had GF pizza served that way from other restaurants and I didn’t care for it. But Coal Fire’s pizza is my favorite GF pizza!! It’s delicious!! I makes me feel like I don’t have celiac and can eat regular pizza again! Their large garden salad and homemade Ranch dressing along with GF Pizza is awesome!! If you’re missing pizza give them a try.
