I loved this place. The manager came out to take my order and ensure what I ordered was safe. I had the hickory grilled chicken breast with penne pasta and cremini mushrooms. It was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it. I also didn’t get sick and am VERY sensitive.

Hit or miss with this place. Sometimes it they handle it perfectly attentive and knowledgable staff and sometimes the staff does not understand what Celiac is even after I explain it is like an allergy. I have watched them pick croutons off my salad in front of me and had to get a manager to replace my salad.

Excellent! They even have a gluten free menu for you when you sit down without asking! The grilled swordfish was amazing! The Seabass was cooked to perfection. Great place and we will return.

Great American restaurant group is great for gluten-free. Despite their warning that the kitchen is not a gluten-free zone no one I have eaten with or I has ever had an issue eating there. Family member of mine has more serious symptoms and is more sensitive, but she hasn't had a problem either. Great tasty options from great meats to meal-size salads, and flourless chocolate waffle for dessert- so good!

I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease.. Coastal Flats was the first restaurant I chose to dine due to their great gf menu. Staff was more than attentive towards my issue and manager made sure to come to the table to ask how I wanted my steak prepared.... Great place to go for anyone looking to eat gf!! Lots of good choices!

I have eaten at Costal Flats 3 times and have had excellent GF meals. Waitstaff is very knowledgeable and although some of there GF menu isn't truly GF the staff was able to answer questions regrading cross contamination (their fryers are NOT GF). Fabulous clean food!!!

Special Gluten Sensitive menu that has most of their best dishes. Knowledgeable staff asked me if I was GF due to intolerance or choice.

Another place that is "low gluten" so there are salads that come out with none of the toppings listed on the menu, ONE bunless burger, ONE steak (no toppings allowed), and ONE type of fish (no sauces allowed), and a bunch of "check with your server to see if we can accommodate." Don't go here if you want any type of hot meal or good service.
