A nice beach front restaurant with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. No seating with air conditioning, fortunately we were seated on a table at the outside edge of the restaurant so it wasn’t to bad because there was a breeze, I would not want to be seated in the middle. Server was knowledgeable about gluten allergy. We ordered the sautéed crab claw appetizer, the fresh orchid garnish was a nice touch, but disappointed the claws were small and there were a lot of little shell debris we had to watch for and spit out. I ordered the Tropical Gulf Shrimp entree, which was brought out separate from the other entrees and by a different server to avoid cross contamination, which was nice. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, citrus rice pilaf was okay, the caramelized pineapple buerre blanc pineapple salsa was placed on top of rice but there wasn’t very much of it and I wasn’t able to separate it from the rice flavor. There was a lamp with a yellow bulb right above our table so pictures are not the greatest.

Not a great experience. When I asked which options were Gluten free, the server handed me a cheat-sheet card which outlined how to modify some items on the menu. Although it was confusing. I wanted grilled grouper tacos but could not have any of the toppings because of my egg allergy. So I asked for the toppings on the shrimp tacos. He told me that it would cost extra for the toppings. So instead I ordered the grilled shrimp tacos with fries in corn tortillas. I was charged an extra $3.50 for the shells. Additionally, I had stomach ache within 20 minutes of eating.

They were training staff when we visited which included a new menu. Only one option was offered, Blacken snapper with rice. It was good, just a very limited choice.

WOW! This place was great for our whole family. My hubs is GF and got to get French fries. They were great. His lunch was great too. He got grilled shrimp. They have a fryer dedicated to allergies. He had no negative reaction. 5 stars! He was super happy. Amazing food. Amazing views. Great service. Fun stuff in the gift shop. If you’re GF looking for a place to eat or eat/get drinks — check it out.

I was not very impressed. My waiter, Leland, wasn’t sure what was gluten free and what was not, he didn’t offer to bring someone over who was knowledgeable. I ended up eating a salad. Not a great experience.

While there is not a GF menu after telling my server I have celiac they brought their manager and one of the chefs out to our table. The chef let me know that they don’t use flat top cook surfaces and there are dedicated stations in the kitchen. Chef Emily was able to create a grilled fish, potato and vegetable entree for me and advised that the sautéed crab claw app was a safe choice for me. My meal was incredible and the level of service was great!

Was so excited to eat some fries after reading the reviews; however, our waiter said they cannot guarantee the fries are not cross contaminated because of the oil. So this time I didn’t eat, but they do have a pretty detailed allergy card with a few gf options.

There is a decicated fryer for the fries!!!! My new favorite place. Sub corn tortillas for the tacos. The staff is very attentive to the allergies and they enter the celiac and other allergy plates in separate from the table order. There wasnt a gf menu but they handed me a cheat sheet for the staff on what was safe and what modifications to ask for. It was sufficient for ordering.

Beautiful spot. I get the grouper or tuna tacos every time. Last time the server asked me if I had celiacs when I subbed for corn tortillas. I do not have celiacs but he said the kitchen always confirms so they can prepare separately. He said just let me know if you want to ever try something different and they will try to accommodate. This was at the beach bar but the more upscale place next door is now opened.

My favorite gluten free option I’ve found at the beach! I ordered fries and a bunless grilled chicken sandwich with peach aioli. The manager came over and offered me two options to substitute instead of the bun, corn tortillas or a lettuce wrap. I chose the tortillas and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! I also ordered sides of the bacon aioli and avocado mayo which were both delicious. I really appreciated how accommodating the staff was. Highly recommend!!
