Some reviews said to call ahead so we did. The employee said that we could get gluten free chips if we asked and specifically discussed it at the restaurant. We went and asked our server who verified there was not a dedicated or separate fryer so we were unable to have the chips or yuca. Unfortunately this ruled out too many things for my daughter (celiac) so we decided to leave. Our server was helpful but unfortunately the miscommunication over the phone set us up for disappointment and having to find another location. Rating for the communication- not the food.

Gluten sensitive food marked on menus. If you call before hand they can make gluten free chips fresh in a clean fryer.

Very knowledgeable about celiac. Chips not safe Bc no dedicated fryer. I ordered veggies to dip instead. Our server helped me order and there were a lot of safe options.

Very good gf food
I found lots of GF options here, using fresh corn tortillas instead of flour. Food is good although pricey, but man do they make one helluva margarita. My only disappointment is that they make their own chips in a shared fryer, so no chips for me (I'll bring my own next time.) Their tableside guacamole is outstanding, and the bartender was happy to bring me some vegetables so I could enjoy it. In fact, when I ordered the guac I wasn't thinking about the cross-contamination issue with the chips, and the bartender was the one who brought it up, so he was very knowledgeable and was watching out for me--very appreciated!
