De eigenares is op de hoogte van glutenvrij eten. De nootjes bij aperitief zijn glutenvrij. De toast gerechten worden aangepast met glutenvrije toast. Mijn gerecht bevatte sojasaus en er werd glutenvrije sojasaus gebruikt.
