Ate here safely a few times when staying at a hotel along the beach. Staff seemed fairly knowledgeable and were very helpful when discussing what I could and couldn't eat. They were prepared to put together meals that were gluten free for me - mainly chicken, rice, veg or salad but always nicely presented and tasted fine. Lots of fish options too. Lovely setting with an amazing pool bar. Also ate breakfast here, eggs/bacon etc with no problems.
