I took my 2 and 4 year old Celiac daughters here for lunch. They have quite a few options that can be made gluten free. My kids enjoyed the quesadilla and some of the pork tacos. My husband had a burger with a gluten free bun. It was quite a large bun, and he says it was pretty light and airy (not common with GF buns). my 2 yr old is very sensitive and she didn't have any issues. The casino's steakhouse, Chinook, has great GF options on their menu, including GF pasta. We spoke with a manager there and it sounds like they are very careful about cross contamination. However, they are only open for dinner so we didn't get to try it.
