They were super accommodating for avoiding cross contamination!
I went with my family one evening. My husband told the guy when I ordered that I was allergic to wheat. He immediately stopped in his tracks. He got a clean ice cream scoop, he mixed my ice cream in a clean bowl, and when I asked for m&ms as my mix-in, he went to the kitchen and got fresh ones cause he said that he didn’t want to use the ones that were out cause they are right next to the graham crackers. I was blown away by how awesomely I was treated here and I didn’t get sick! I have celiac. 😁 Also, their website, which I looked up while in line, tells you which ice creams contain gluten. I got sweet cream.

I was so impressed with the staff here! The person behind the counter admitted she wasn’t sure which flavors were gluten free, so she immediately pulled the ingredients and allergens book to check each flavor. She then got fresh paddles and a separate metal container from the back so she could mix mine without risk of cross-contamination
I went in with my family to get ice cream, for one they were very rude. I told the guy behind the counter that I have a gluten allergy and asked him to make sure it was safe, he then mixed my ice cream in the same place that they were mixing brownies.
Be sure to ask for a freshly cleaned work surface and freshly cleaned spatulas if getting mix-ins. They were very willing and said they had one in the back. My son seems to have a pretty high tolerance for gluten compared to many celiacs but he had no issues later.
I like to get the Don't Cry Over Spilt Silk combo which is Chocolte silk Almond milk ice cream, peanut butter, banana, & nuts. They'll get ice cream out of fresh container, and mix it in a plastic container instead of the slabs with others mixed on them before.
They have gluten free and dairy free options. They have a book with ingredient of all the flavors if you ask! They will also get the ice cream from the back as well as prepare it back there to avoid cross contamination! Very nice staff!
