I went here during the summer of 2024, but I have forgotten to leave a review until now. I have been a diagnosed coeliac for 14 years with an additional mild allergy to wheat. As a tourist who is used to coeliac standards in my home country barring wheat products from use, I did not know until too late that the majority of Cöli's food contains gluten-free wheat starch.
This caused me to go into an allergic reaction. The pizza dough itself was sticky and greasy. Not at all worth the pain. Signposting to other allergens like milk and wheat was very poor at the time of my visit. Ingredients lists are always very comforting for any coeliac, but these are only provided on the wrapped grocery products sold.
In addition, my vegan friend was given normal cheese which she had to return. Staff are not particularly friendly either. For those with an intolerance to gluten, you would most likely be safe eating here. It is a dedicated facility yet their lax approach to other allergens raised some concerns for me. Eat with caution.

Lovely pastries. First time I have had a croissant in 2 years and was not disappointed. 100% gluten free and decent value (around 800 HUF per piece).

They have a bakery and „grocery store“ section. The grocery section was fine and they had a wide selection of stuff I know from home too. However, I went in there to get pastries and bread for my travel day and the weekend. I can‘t eat gluten free wheat so they pointed out which things were not only gf but wheat free too. I don’t know if it was cross-contamination or the ingredients but I tried a little piece of bread and spinach twirl in the evening to test it and sadly had a very bad reaction from it. My boyfriend had to eat all of the 17€ worth of food and I’m left alone with no food on a Sunday… Above all, the two bites I had, I really didn’t like to much. Definitely have had better bread or pastries before..

Great assortment of GF bakery in good quality. Offers lunch and pizzas/ burgers. Limited eating area ..better to takeaway .

Fully GF place, but not much of a choice to eat. You can have burger, pizza or pancakes.Plus, there is a very simple daily menu on weekdays only, portions are pretty small and quality could be better. Good selection of pastries. It also serves as a shop of GF products. I would say, this is rather a place for a coffee and some pastry with it than a place for lunch.

Fully gluten free bakery and small grocery store. Grabbed several pastries to go, as well as some prepackaged gluten free granola from the grocery section. All was delicious and pastries toasted nicely in the oven the next day.

We visited here twice on our stay in Budapest, it is a dedicated gluten free place. The first time we went for breakfast, they do omelettes, scrambled egg on GF toast, toasted sandwiches. The second time we went for early dinner, we had burgers which were really nice and great value for money. They also have pizza, hotdogs and pastries. It is within a shop which sell all GF food items, from fresh bread to pasta to cakes.

Huge selection of gluten-free products. It is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The store has a large selection of gf products and freshly baked bread.

Quite hard to find but it’s worth it! Very near westgate shopping centre, opposite train station off to the side. If you’re in air B and B stock up there! The most amazing selection of gluten free food ever. Now, mum and I had the giant pancakes and didn’t like them, that was just a choice we made, I then had a Mexican pastry and it was delicious. Good value for money, good for veggie coeliacs too. Real little goldmine of a place and is a must visit and must stock up!

All gf establishment with a really great market. Some of the best selection of gf products I have ever seen. We ordered a pizza that had an enormous amount of cheese on it. It honestly reminded me a bit of a cafeteria pizza, but was a good midday snack at the time.

Just come here if you’re gluten-free. So many options and there’s a little grocery store as well.

A very nice place with all celiac-safe food. The pizza i ate was delicious.
Such a great shop! Lots of take home/ groceries items and then a wonderful selection of cabinet pastries/ cakes/ pizzas and also a menu to select meals from to eat in.
Yes
So many GF options, including pancakes, pizza slices (which are a good option for a cheap GF lunch), croissants and more! They have a small pantry section as well with plenty of products
Yes
Wonderful selection of freshly made gluten-free bread, pastries, and pizza. They even have pizza with vegan cheese. It was delicious. Also sells many packaged gluten-free products like pasta. It’s not the coziest place to sit and eat. We brought the food back to our Airbnb.
Yes
Everything is gluten free. Nice little cafe with friendly staff, most of whom also speak English. There’s a shop which is well stocked with gf products (including beers) so you can stock up if needs be.
Yes
Best croissants I ate in 4 years. Though do not buy on Sunday, they are pre-packed from a day before and less enjoyable then on all other days.
Yes
Absolutely everything is GF and wonderful! I had several pastries plus a pizza, all of which were great. My partner even said he wouldn't have known the pizza was GF if he hadn't known. They've also got some baking supplies and boxed goodies in addition to their fresh stuff.
Some people are mentioning bad service -- when I went the girl answered my questions plainly and spoke decent English. This isn't America, so don't expect smiles all the time!
Yes
Yummy gluten free chocolate croissant! Also a lot of gluten free packaged foods. It was really hot in the place so we didn’t end up ordering the pizza which I could see was popular.
Yes
Great pizza and an unbelievable selection of gluten free products for sale. Several we have never seen before. Great staff as well.
Yes
Had pizza by the slice which was great but you can get whole pizza also. They have different types of bread and a lot of grocery type items. Cake was great nice selection

Great place with lots of gluten-free options!

Daily menu is tasty, so is the burger!! Also great coffee. And all in a comfortable price range. Recommended.

Everything is gf here. Homemade pastries and bread. Try the pizza sticks. This is a gf grocery/bakery/restaurant. Pretty good selection of frozen gf (Schar) meals, dried pastas, gf flour blends, packaged crackers/cookies...
Yes
Very good pizza! Selection and prices of grocery items is also worth coming in for.

Went here expecting some ready made options as i needed lunch. They had a few pastries and such but for lunch basically just sandwiches. The GF baguette was very tough and they didn't put much topping on. Wasn't worth the money. However if you're just looking to buy GF pre packed items this is like a GF supermarket. They carry loads of gf prepackaged items. Pasta, cereals, bread, cookies, flours, baking mixes etc.
Yes
Everything is gluten free. Everything. You can stock up on Schär products and have some homemade things. Disadvantage is some of the homemade is not great (pizza) but the bread is delicious and the pastries are excellent. They mixed up my order but it’s not terrible because it was still gluten free.
bad food, bad service, bad attitude... the Gf community deserve better!
Yes
Everything's gluten free and the coffee is great.
delicious baked goods! they did not know English well & it was point & buy but everything is GF so does not matter
Such a lovely place. You can buy flour, bread, cereal, snacks... But you can also sit down and have a very good pizza or pasta. They also have a lot of salty and sweet pastry and everything is glutenfree, plus I found pastry quite cheap for a glutenfree food which can be very expensive.
