We had a 5pm reservation and it is recommended because the place filled up quickly. The shareable plates were amazing. Everything we ate and drank was delicious. The churros for dessert were divine. Being able to pick anything off the menu was amazing and freeing experience. This is a must visit for anyone who is gluten free.

This was our first time here. Expensive, but very high quality, subtle flavors, well-balanced. My husband can eat anything, he’s a major foodie. He declared this the best dedicated GF restaurant we’ve eaten in anywhere including restaurants coast to coast. We definitely will be back.

So happy!! Served tapas-style, so we tried the cold tuna tostada, the cacio e pepe stacked tostada, the spare ribs, the green chile pork tacos, and the corn elote, and liked them all (would go back just for the stacked cheese tostada!). We each got our own churros-with-dulce-de-leche and didn’t regret it a bit! Fun wine selection, too, and my husband enjoyed their version of an Old-Fashioned.

Service is outstanding. It’s a little pricey if ordering multiple dishes (some are pretty substantial on their own, such as the ribs). Lovely atmosphere. A popular place even on a Tuesday night, I’d recommend making a reservation. The churros & horchata were especially delicious!

Colita was amazing. Yes it’s a bit pricy but really not unreasonable for a fine-casual experience. The way people talk about it on Yelp make it sound like it’s gonna be the most expensive visit of your life. It’ wasn’t. Two people, two apps, two entrees, one dessert and two drinks came to $100. Completely gluten free, even the churro dessert. We had multiple NA beverages that were gluten free and fun. This is a great date night spot for the gluten free person in your life.
