We stopped on a road trip. The waitress told me they only put one gluten containing item in the fryer - onion rings - as everything else is breaded with rice flour, and use special non-transferable oil so there’s no cross-contamination. I was absolutely not believing this and she came back and said there is also one fryer that is dedicated gluten free. Because she was so adamant about the non-transferable oil being safe for people with Celiac, saying that they serve people with Celiac all the time and “never once had anyone gotten sick,” I lost all confidence in the restaurant. I decide not to get anything that went in the fryer, even if it was supposedly the dedicated fryer. I got the steak salad, without the fried onion strings, and it was not very good. That being said, I did not get sick, so that’s most important. I did have a gluten free blueberry cheesecake that was good.

Absolutely amazing food. Much of the menu is gluten free and they keep their fryers safe from gluten so you can eat fried food. Their batter is gluten free so cheese curds, fries even chicken fingers are safe. Highly recommend the steak salad!!

I have Celiac Disease and I am super sensitive. We let our waitress know this and she assured us how careful they are and all the steps they take. Less than 24 hours later I knew that was not true. Now I will be sick for weeks. A chance I take sometimes when I want to eat out but that does not make it ok to be promised they take precautions for people who have Celiac Disease.

NOT celiac safe. They tell people it’s safe because they cook it at a high temperature so it kills the gluten š what a messed up thing to be doing to a whole bunch of people in your community.

This place is NOT safe for people with Celiac, or highly sensitive gluten intolerance. The fryer is not a dedicated fryer, and they believe that frying at a high enough temperature kills the gluten. You can’t kill gluten. Seriously, if cooking made gluten safe to eat, we would all be eating gluten.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Service was speedy + spectacular! All super friendly and knowledgeable of gluten free options. The chicken tenders are to die for! Also really good artichoke dip + chips. Several cider options, too! Fun atmosphere, great outdoor space.

Wow what a place! Who would of thought a brewery would have so many Gluten Free options! They were very knowledgeable and explained they did indeed have a dedicated gluten free fryer. The cocktails were tasty, and the food was fantastic. We ordered the cheese curds, chicken strips and the spinach artichoke dip. Overall I would order the cheese curds and chicken strips in a heartbeat but the spinach artichoke was okay nothing special. I definitely recommend this place to celiacs and gluten free peeps.

I love Collision. Their food is absolutely delicious and staff is very knowledgeable about what we are able to have. We even had our rehearsal dinner here and they went out of their way to make sure it was completely celiac friendly. I have eaten here many times and never gotten sick!

We were having a rough day and needed a place for lunch. I found this place with only two reviews on here and thought I'd give it a whirl. I'm so glad I did. I walked in and said I needed a gluten free menu and started to ask questions about it for my "gluten allergy". The owner said that they could accommodate celiac disease patrons. He also talked about their fryer having mostly gluten free items in it and using a special oil that makes sure to not cross contaminate if there was a gluten item frying next to gluten free. I didnt know anything about that but I was curious, having a hard day, and tired. I took his word for it. I had fried chicken fingers, sweet potato fries, and the artichoke dip and it all was delicious. And I didn't get sick. I felt like I ate at home.
All the food exiting the kitchen looked really good. We are definitely going back soon. I want to ask more questions about the fryer too because I never heard of that oil.

Love this place. It’s family owned by 2 brothers and the service is fantastic. They understand GF VERY well and a lot of the menu is GF including Fish and Chips! They are a bit $ but I LOVE supporting their small town business. It’s located in a funky spot tucked back behind some industrial buildings. Check them out!
