Amazing!! What a great dining experience! Definitely safe to eat and the staff was well informed! They have over a hundred different flavors of mustard! This is definitely a go-to spot to eat.

Best GF and non-GF sandwich place in COS. NEVER gotten sick. Lots of variety, great knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Colonel Mustard's Sandwich Emporium offers the best sandwiches in town, with Boar's Head meats and cheeses. Most sandwiches can be made gluten-free on bread, bun, wrap or hoagie. We have a dedicated GF prep area, change gloves and fire GF sandwiches separately. We also offer Holiday GF beers! Open 9-4 every day.
