Best sandwich I’ve had in years. They make their GF bread separate and are very strict about cc. I got the hot ham & cheese! Would highly recommend. The bread was delish and didn’t fall apart. Definitely check it out if you’re in need of a quick bite and are worried about cross contamination.

We stopped in while on vacation. We weren’t disappointed. The gluten free sub was fresh and tasty. Even got to try their mustard ice cream with a gluten free pretzel. Yummy! 😋

Got a Philly cheesesteak for lunch a couple days ago - very good but meat wasn’t cooked all the way :/ Went this morning and got the RBG (Really Bacon-y Gouda) on a gf bun - AMAZING 🤩 so much bacon and literally the best gf sandwich that I have had 🥳 got a slice of Reese’s pie - will update when I try

This place is incredible! The owner is gluten free herself so she has carefully selected gluten free bread, wraps, desserts etc. They take food allergies very seriously and are happy to help answer questions and make suggestions.

We stopped at this sandwich stop on a road trip and it was AMAZING! Highly recommend the GF Hoagie. Owner super friendly and is GF herself. They follow celiac protocol. Also do yourself a favor and try the GF cakes!

A delightful experience! They have won awards for their GF bread! I had the Sgt. Pepper on a hoagie and it was LITERALLY the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Their chips are just okay, but the sandwich was so filling I didn’t need them! Also tried the hot dog on a hoagie which was great, too! To top it off, they had several GF dessert options. I went with the sea salt cheesecake and was NOT disappointed. They also will give you a sample of their well-known mustard ice cream with a GF pretzel, and it was shockingly yummy.

Great little southwest side sandwich shop! Super pleasant and helpful staff. I had the Sgt Pepper in gluten free bread and was thoroughly impressed. Yes, it’s a bit pricy, but if you’ve been hankering for a great homemade style sandwich or hoagie, give the Colonel a try.

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING gluten free sandwiches and even better (if that’s even possible) service! They are so friendly and the food was so good. Our non GF family loved their choices as well. The mustard ice cream was phenomenal and even includes gf pretzels. I wish I didn’t live 1,200 miles away.

They offer very tasty gluten free bread options. My Ruben sandwich was delicious. They even gave a a free sample of their signature mustard ice cream (GF) served with a gluten free mini pretzel. I was surprised I liked it. I highly recommend this place for sandwiches.

Wonderful sandwich spot! Owner is gluten free herself and has tons of gf bread options and desserts and chips and wraps and even mustard ice cream! The hoagie we had and their bread is from Outside the breadbox which is hands down the best gf bread I have ever had. Everyone there is friendly and the owner is awesome! Whatcha waiting for? The food was beyond delicious! My BS Troop stopped to eat lunch there, and the staff was very kind. My dad and I are both gluten free, and we also had multiple vegetarians in our group. Both the GF and vegetarian options were amazing! Best GF sandwich I have ever had!

WOW! What a great experience. Was the best hoagie bun I’ve ever had. The owner is gluten free and says she only gets the best gluten free bread. A must stop if you are in Colorado Springs. Try the mustard ice cream, they even have gluten free pretzels with it!

Amazing!! What a great dining experience! Definitely safe to eat and the staff was well informed! They have over a hundred different flavors of mustard! This is definitely a go-to spot to eat.
