Amazing!! I was nervous, it was my first day being diagnosed with Celiac, and I went to Colonial, and had an amazing dinner with Udi's.

They use udis for their bread. The tortilla chips are not gluten free. Fried in the same oil as other breaded items.

They offer gf toast and pancakes and will clean off kitchen surfaces when a gf order comes in. All omelettes are safe too!
