This location has smaller menu than the location in Ouray. They offer pizza, salad, and a few other appetizers. Gluten free options were limited but available. Their spinach salad was quite good. They do offer UTI’s GF crusts for their pizza’s. It’s not the best crust but will do just fine, as the toppings were delicious. I asked about how they cook the GF pizza. The one staff member told me they cook all the pizza’s the same, believing the temperature of their brick ovens kill any gluten cross-contamination. When I educated him that gluten can survive temps up to 500-600 degrees and asked if the cooks could put my pizza on tinfoil or a tray or something, he was happy to see if they could accommodate. And they did. I believe they cooked mine on a separate tray. The server even followed up on the quality of my pizza twice. Due to Covid, they only had outdoor seating, and it was 20°s. The staff set up an additional propane heater for my group. It was so nice of them.
