I came here in maybe 2019 and it was lovely and I felt safe. The staff seemed significantly more knowledgeable back then.
However, recently (March 2023) I felt much less safe. The server was uncertain about a lot of things. I was told a beer was gluten-free however when I looked at the bottle, it said "Crafted to remove gluten" but then in fine print: "gluten content cannot be verified; product may contain gluten." So in other words, okay for people avoiding gluten but not safe for celiacs.
So that tells me that they are not paying close attention to when they call something "gluten free." They may be giving a false sense of confidence.
The food was just okay; sadly no gluten-free bread was available. I like the unique vibe at this place... but I wouldn't recommend this place to Celiacs.
The Melting Pot actually has a gluten-free certification of some kind for how they handle their food. And I think their food is much better.
Sorry, Colorado fondue! I wanted to like you more.

They handled GF so well from start to finish. No cross contamination and my server made sure that I had a full experience with all of the courses. Will be back.

Manager Ron was super concious. Our server Nicole was quick to ensure that she verified anything she wasn't absolutely certain of with the manager. The food was delicious and I am feeling fine!
