Have gone here twice now (very sensitive celiac, egg and nut allergy), both times the waiter has done a great job at communicating with me and the kitchen to make sure I was completely safe! It’s a completely vegan place, and 90% of the menu can be made gluten free or already is (basically, just avoid any food with seitan). Even gave my boyfriend a free glutenous cookie, but is going to ask their baker to add more gluten/nut free pastries!

Col’s is a lovely vegan eatery in downtown concord. I had gluten free//vegan ramen here and will be back to try more items!
