Fish tacos & a side of potato salad: no reaction, very tasty. Very knowledgeable person taking the order at the front register.

I am always hesitant to eat at a restaurant I'm not familiar with while traveling by car. I'm actually very glad that we took a chance on this. She recommended the steamed fish tacos because of the least possibility of cross contamination. She put in a note about changing gloves and being aware of everything. My husband loved his meal of brisket, this was a very successful stop all around. If you are traveling, and you take a chance here, stress, your requirement of a "food allergy" even though we all know celiac is not a food allergy, it's the thing that rings true with others.

Great food!! They have an ingredient list if you have any questions about ingredients. I had the ABC Burger with a gluten free bun and it was so delicious! I have a dairy allergy so I inquired about no butter or dairy and of course said no cheese. Good place to stop if you are in the area. I didn’t give 5 hearts for safety because they don’t seem too excited to answer questions and mine is a delayed reaction to gluten and dairy.

Excellent! The tacos were totally GF. Smoked brisket or chicken. Yum! I also saw some lettuce wrapped burgers come out that looked incredible. Kind people and a fun atmosphere.

Husband ordered and told the person I had a severe gluten allergy and to make sure it was gluten free twice. Both times she just stared at him with a confused look and said “ok”. When he picked up the food he asked the guy if it was gluten free and the guy said “uhh yeah”.

Needless to say I didn’t eat the food and didn’t request a refund because it was busy. Their food ordering and pickup process is not efficient.

Would not recommend.

Good smoked meats with most smoked items being GF. ( limited GF sides). Be sure to tell them you are Celiac as all meals come with bread or cornbread.

I had corn tortillas filled with mahi mahi, avocado and cabbage slaw. They cooked the mahi mahi in a separate pan, at my request. Oh so good! The manager suggested ordering this based on my multiple allergies. I had this a week ago and am still thinking about how delicious it was.

When I ordered, the first two people I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if they do anything to prevent cross contact with gluten; they just offered gluten free buns or lettuce wraps. Luckily someone else overheard our conversation and she gave me more confidence and asked the cooks to clean the grill before heating up the corn tortillas for my tacos. I tasted a bite of blue cheese in my salad (which wasn’t supposed to be there). It was fine for my health but gave me less confidence in their overall awareness of cross-contact with food sensitivities.

Not much on the menu was gf but the tacos so I had the fish with mango salsa which were good. Others had the brisket which was reported as excellent.

The menu states "can be made GF" items. Arrived when they opened at 11am and we ordered the sample platter with the GF request. They asked if we were celiac... Wow. Both the manager/owner and head chef came multiple times to our table to talk and make sure everything was alright. They even brought the ingredients/allergen list out for us. Almost all BBQ meats are GF (and very tasty). Fantastic sauces. They do contain soy but NOT soy sauce. Staff even threw a GF bun for free! As we were first customers of the day. The brisket was the best. No GF dessert but you won't miss it. GF sides are limited. Fantastic service and flavorful food!

This place was great!!! We ordered the ABC burger with a GF bun. It was fabulous. No reaction and it tasted great. I also had the potato salad which was AMAZING!!! I didn’t have any of the BBQ sauce because they were not marked but all in all this place rocked! The outdoor eating area was really nice as well.

They have items listed as GF but not safe Celiacs. When I asked what was GF safe for someone with celiac he answered, “a salad” he also said they place their buns all over the grill. Celiacs, beware
