The menu states "can be made GF" items. Arrived when they opened at 11am and we ordered the sample platter with the GF request. They asked if we were celiac... Wow. Both the manager/owner and head chef came multiple times to our table to talk and make sure everything was alright. They even brought the ingredients/allergen list out for us. Almost all BBQ meats are GF (and very tasty). Fantastic sauces. They do contain soy but NOT soy sauce. Staff even threw a GF bun for free! As we were first customers of the day. The brisket was the best. No GF dessert but you won't miss it. GF sides are limited. Fantastic service and flavorful food!
