I was skeptical about trying another GF pizza from a restaurant after I had a bad experience while on vacation somewhere. But luckily that was not the case here! I loved Colucci’s before being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and am so happy their GF pizza tastes almost identical. The crust is a tad crunchier and thinner, but their great, sweet sauce and signature taste still shine through. Their wings are also GF, and taste okay. They are baked, so don’t have a real crunch or fried taste to them.
