Excellent and safe! I had the build your own bowl. Delish! Tacos and nachos were good. Our server Sam was very knowledgeable about Celiac. Felt so comfortable.
It’s rare to find a restaurant with such clearly evident allergen protocols and clearly marked menu. I’ve uploaded photos of them all for your convenience. I’ve eaten here and at two other locations. Each one took great care of me with delicious foods and no reactions. One of the few completely safe places I can eat. Enjoy!
Condado has become one of my go-to restaurants when in the Cleveland area (and I will say that I've been told by people from out of state that this Condado does a better job than others do). They are great with celiac and can make most any taco gluten-free. I've had a variety of their tacos, as well as their bowls, and they are always willing to sub a soft or hard corn shell for gluten tortillas. Portions are good and fairly priced. I'm _very_ sensitive to cross-contact and have never gotten sick here. Staff seem more familiar with the phrase "gluten allergy" than "celiac," but in my experience servers will either ask you for clarification or will consult with their teammates if they aren't sure what you meant and I appreciate the clear communication.

Been here multiple times and never had any issues - delicious! Usually order the queso and chips to start, followed either by tacos or a taco bowl - so yummy.
Condado is one of my go to places for nachos and queso. I almost always make my own nachos and the pulled pork is a game changer. The queso is incredible and I got my chorizo loving boyfriend to love the smoked cheddar queso with beef! It's to die for. The chips are delicious and toppings always fresh. The chipotle crema is a must on any taco or nacho! This is a staple for me!

Delicious tacos and guacamole! I’m so happy their frier is dedicated. I wrote “gluten free” at the top of my order sheet and the waitress asked if I was Celiac, so she knew to tell the kitchen staff. My order arrived before my non-GF dad’s order because they stopped all other production completely while making my GF order to be extra careful. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of.
Tons of GF options and dedicated fryer for tortilla chips. Food was delicious and so many choices.

They have GF items marked and many other things can be made gluten free by switching to corn tortillas. The chips are safe, which was great.
Informed the waitress and she said everything is marked GF,DF,D,VG & V. Had the Baja shrimp tacos changed the shell to soft corn. I also did the create your own with the hard corn shell. As well as enjoy the chip, guacamole and salsa!
We ordered two rice bowls and the celiac guest and no negative reaction.
They were very understanding helpful with all of my allergies
