The waitress was amazing and seemed very knowledgeable. They can modify anything to be gluten free. I have celiac but I also have a soy allergy. I asked if the food had soy or gluten in it. She said she checked with the chef and it did not. I ate the biscuits and gravy. It was okay. About 20 minutes after I left my face went numb and tingly. then about 30 minutes after that I threw it all up. Not sure if it was soy or gluten, but either way that is a red flag for allergen awareness. The restaurant should get certified gluten free. they would gain alot of business if they did. especially in a place like edmond. Just need some training and marketing. People with celiac disease are often health conscious because we read so many labels on everything we eat so it comes naturally. A place that is farm-to-table that offers *truely* gluten free food would be at the top of my go-to list. Unfortunately, until they get there, I cannot reccomend this place for anyone with celiac disease.

They don’t have a gf menu, but they are very knowledgeable about the gluten free diet. Many items can be made gluten free. I had the chicken fingers and French fries (which are fried in a dedicated fryer!). They were delicious! Next time, I plan on trying the either the pancakes or the biscuits and gravy!

first of all, no signage on the building. had to turn around, found it by address number, 2851. they were very friendly. however, no one was wearing a mask. their choice, but i prefer that people look out for me, as i look out for them. the gf fried chicken biscuit was good, not sure if it was worth $14.99. much rather have a chick-fil-a for 1/3 of the price. told them first thing that i have celiac. and how excited i was to be there. there was only one other customer there. it took apx 10-15 minutes for the chicken biscuit to come out, only to be told it wasn’t gluten free. wtf??? after much confusion and another 10 minutes i finally received a gf chicken biscuit. at least i think it was, didn’t get sick. i also ordered biscuits and sausage gravy to go, which i’ll try tomorrow. hoping to be amazed, other wise i won’t be making the drive again. again, the staff couldn’t have been nicer, or more apologetic.
