The perfect dining experience. The perfect meal, you couldn’t tell that everything was 100% celiac friendly but the entire menu and facility is gluten free. We ordered pyrogies as an appetizer and my two non celiac friends thought they were some of the best they’d ever had!! Will be going back regularly.

Traveling from Vancouver I recently had an exceptional dinner experience at Continental Treats with friends I hadn't seen in years. The atmosphere was charming and comfortable, creating the perfect backdrop for our evening.

This exclusively gluten-free establishment offered options that were both unique and delicious. Each dish was a delightful journey through European flavors, leaving us all very impressed with our choices. Even those that were not celiac (3 out of 4) raved at the combination of flavours in their meals.

The attentive service added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I highly recommend Continental Treats for a remarkable dining experience that seamlessly combines amazing GF food, a welcoming ambiance, and impeccable service.

Truly exceptional dedicated gluten-free restaurant (except for some beers) serving fine Eastern-European fare in a cozy atmosphere right on Whyte Ave. Both myself and the other non-celiac members of my family loved the perogies, black forest cake, dill pickle soup, sauerkraut soup, pork schnitzel, and apple strudel. I thought the prices very reasonable for the quality. Authentic, family-run over multiple generations. I will fly into Edmonton for all future trips to Alberta just because of this place. The people of Edmonton are so lucky, I wish we had something comparable in Toronto. Finally found a place even better than Senza Gluten in NYC. The best gluten-free restaurant of all time?

The staff was very professional. The tiramisu and black forest cake portions were incredibly generous and tasty. The beet salad was perfection when I asked for double the goat cheese. We really enjoyed the spaetzle

Gluten free Rubin was good. Light Rye was magnificent. Celiac companion said the GF Schnitzel was to die for. Whole menu is gluten free. This place is fabulous. I eat with celiac family members and no one had difficulty.

Delicious! We put off trying this place because we’re not normally a fan of this style of food, but I’m so glad we finally gave it a shot. We had the pickle soup, butter chicken perogies, goulash, pork schnitzel, chicken schnitzel, tiramisu, and apple strudel. The perogies had a weird texture but tasted great. Pickle soup was so good! The mains were delicious. But the dessert. Holy smokes. Tiramisu was HUGE and amazing. Strudel was yummy but the tiramisu stole the show. We will definitely be back soon!

Made a special trip to visit the restaurant due to the fabulous reviews. We were not disappointed. Entire facility is GF and hubby felt safe ordering anything off the menu. Totally gluten free european menu! The drinks are the only thing that aren't totally GF, as they have a very wide selection of beer and liquors (including Glutenberg though). Staff are friendly and knowledeable.
