they really don't have a lot of GF options and the menu warns that food may be cooked on similar surfaces so not really celiac friendly. I was disappointed. it is otherwise a super cute cafe with a great spirit of welcoming all.

COOK is a homey local cafe in the east side of St. Paul. I stumbled upon this place while visiting the city, and absolutely loved the atmosphere & food. I stopped by COOK for a gluten-free breakfast. The menu is labeled "GF" next to items that are gluten-free. The owner has Celiac Disease so the cooks know to take extra precaution to accommodate Celiac Disease. For breakfast, I had hash-browns, sausage, eggs, and gluten-free toast. I could have also ordered a Korean pancake (I just didn't want spicy). The food was tasty and the service was great!

Great food. Gluten Free options on the menu. Staff was very knowledgable of gluten allergy. After our food was brought, the server brought a sample to try since he felt it was something we may not get very often gluten free. Highly recommend for breakfast and lunch.
