COOK is a homey local cafe in the east side of St. Paul. I stumbled upon this place while visiting the city, and absolutely loved the atmosphere & food. I stopped by COOK for a gluten-free breakfast. The menu is labeled "GF" next to items that are gluten-free. The owner has Celiac Disease so the cooks know to take extra precaution to accommodate Celiac Disease. For breakfast, I had hash-browns, sausage, eggs, and gluten-free toast. I could have also ordered a Korean pancake (I just didn't want spicy). The food was tasty and the service was great!
