Review of Cookie Cousins

This is a regular bakery with lots of flour, however, the staff here is very educated in gluten free as the production manager has Celiac Disease. They make hand decorated and customizable GF sugar cookies with royal icing and GF peanut butter oatmeal cookies. They have a dedicated mixer, utensils, and tools and bake the GF cookies first in the morning before any other flour is out. They can’t guarantee 100% not cross contamination but are doing their best to make sure they’re as safe as possible to eat.
