My celiac daughter got very sick after eating here. We didn’t even make it home and had to find a bathroom because she had a severe reaction. Everyone was told that she was celiac and had a gluten allergy and they said no cross contamination would happen.
They have their own GF menu, all the food it’s very good, plus the house wine it’s delicious too. I am a celiac person and I didn’t have any bad reaction.
Wow! What great food. Wife, son and myself are all GF, No issues for any of us, they have a dedicated GF menu, GF bread, chocolate torte,
They have a separate GF menu with lots of options. Very knowledgeable staff. I ordered penne with butternut squash and it was delicious! I asked the server what the penne was made of and she checked with the chef to confirm it was rice and corn flour. A little pricey, but well worth it. Lovely atmosphere as well.
Cooper's Hawk is amazing! Hands down one of the best. So many GF options and other allergen-free options. Since it's a scratch kitchen, they can accommodate most allergies and are great about avoiding cross-contamination. I love that I get GF bread when everyone else gets their gluten bread. I don't know many other places that do this. The food flavors and combinations are excellent. Great service. Fun wine tasting room. Don't miss this gem.
Food was excellent. There’s a decent number of options for gluten free, including bread, which our server assured me is prepared separately. I didn’t even ask, she offered GF bread as a starter while we looked over the menu.
Wonderful. Our server was new but, it was still a wonderful experience.
My little brother and I each have celiac disease and we went for his birthday (first birthday after being diagnosed). THIS PLACE IS A 10/10!!!! We have gluten free appetizers, a huge list of meals to pick from, drinks and dessert! It is expensive and wouldn’t be a every month treat for me but I’ll definitely be going for my birthday this year!! The waiter was very informative on all things gluten free and even gave great recommendations. Only thing I’ll say is I wish they offered table bread that was GF too. They offer normal bread only for a starter.
OMG, so amazing. So many gluten-free options. I had the braised short rib risotto, and the Parmesan crusted chicken off the lunch portion size part of the menu. So delicious. Pricey, but worth it.
A large GF menu. I enjoyed my meal. Service was a bit slow though. We will definitely go back. We went for lunch on a Monday and should have had a reservation.
Great service and food!
Waiter was extremely attentive to gluten allergy. Had separate menu, my own bread (it was good!), and he reminded me it was GF when it came out.
Portions are giant! Extensive wine menu.
Got the chopped wedge (could be its own meal) and the chicken Madeira (could be split for two large portions).
Will definitely be back. Very glad we tried it.
I’m so impressed. I made a reservation on open table noting that I have celiac. When we arrived and gave them my name I was immediately asked if we needed 1 gf menu or 2 and if it’s an allergy or celiac to make notes for the staff!! My server was fantastic (Kristin) and the dedicated gf menu is huge. I was even offered a warm gf bun with butter to start the meal. It’s the first time since my celiac diagnosis that I was able to get an app, meal and dessert. My only complaint is that although there is one item noted as gf on the happy hour menu, I was told it was not at the hh price - that’s lame. Other than that everything, including the drinks, were great.
Definitely need to make reservations for this place. The manager that checked on us during our meal said they had 250 people in their reservations for that Thursday evening. It is a huge facility, so kind of noisy and not a place to be if you are in a hurry. They have a separate GF menu, 2 pages! And yes, it included several interesting desserts as well as a kids menu (although why bring the kids when you are there to relax with a glass or two of wine). The drunken shrimp appetizer was enjoyed by all at the table, and my favorite course. The salmon sounded like a strange combination with a tomato sauce, and I should have listened to my culinary self as I was glad I had saved my glass of wine to help improve the flavor. (Would definitely try other entrées before it again.) We all enjoyed a free :-D sample of the ice wine, which was delicious, even if it was not a great match for the nice truffle I had for dessert. No reaction, so that's always a relief.
Lots of great choices from salmon to risotto and burgers. I have enjoyed my meals there and the fresh bread bun is a perk not usually found. Service is excellent for a nice evening out.
I ordered from here via UberEats because they have a clearly marked gluten free menu with lots to choose from. I waited 70 min for it to be delivered and paid $$$ for the meal. I got the butternut squash pasta and it arrived with crispy onions all over the top which I called the restaurant to confirm does contain gluten so I was unable to eat my meal. Not to mention the “cream sauce” was pretty much soup. The manager told me they take allergens very seriously… apparently not since the menu item is literally from a gf menu AND I put it in the notes. I have pretty much stopped eating out because of experiences like this, it’s super frustrating and dangerous!
I had dinner there with a friend. Booked on OpenTable. They had a separate GF menu, the server was knowledgeable. My friend was eating the pretzel bread dinner bread loaf, and the server asked if I wanted GF bread. No extra charge for any of their GF options. I had the Dana's Parmesan-Crusted Chicken ($25.99) Tomato Basil Relish, Lemon Butter, Mary’s Potatoes, Garlic Green Beans. So good!
The food and service were great! The food was safe and I didn’t get sick.
