Review of Cooper's Hawk

Our server and the manager were extremely knowledgeable about gluten free. They said they take cross contamination very seriously. The have an extensive menu for gluten free with sandwiches and pasta available. I am highly sensitive and had no reaction. The bread that they bring for the table is just an udis hamburger bun.
