Review of Copper Canyon Grill

I had a really good meal here. Grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. I substituted green beans for fries, because they don't have a dedicated fryer. I would be careful if you eat here. I was excited to see tortilla soup on the gluten free menu, but after I put in my order, the server came back from the kitchen to tell me that the kitchen said it's not gluten free. I can't figure out why tortilla soup was on the gluten free menu, if it's not gluten free.
