Review of Copper Canyon Grill

Not celiac safe!! I ordered a salad and specified several times that I needed it gluten free. It came out with wontons. When I asked the server if they were wontons she said "No, they're probably tortilla strips but I'll check." They chef confirmed they were wontons and took the meal away. They also tried to convince me their multigrain bun was gluten free (spoiler alert: it's not). We ended up canceling our order and they still charged us for the appetizer despite all the issues.
