This restaurant has a small menu, but is mostly a large buffet.
Nothing is labeled, but the chef came out and told me the ingredients of each dish. He offered to make dishes with gluten-containing sauces just for me, without the sauce, to grill me a steak or fish, or make another item that I requested.
The kitchen is visible from the restaurant - it is spacious. The majority of items do not have gluten on their own. This decreases my fear of cross-contamination.
There is, however, some ignorance. For example, I was told a mousse was gluten free, but the chef didn’t know/forgot that it was made on a thin sponge base. So check.
We are here four times and I’m still feeling good.
