Several items are marked GF on the menu. They do use a shared fryer so there are fried potatoes and a couple other elements to avoid. Our server was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire menu telling me which additional dishes could be easily modified to be GF.

I have to edit my previous review, sadly. The best thing on the menu by far, especially for a dessert lover, was a gluten free Apple crisp dessert. it is no longer gluten-free! Talk about taking a step backward. :(
About half of their menu items are gluten free, or can be made gluten-free. They have, in my opinion, the best gluten-free dessert in town! it's the closest thing to an elephant ear I've had since being diagnosed with Celiac! Plus it has apples and ice cream. I'd go there just for that! The food is excellent also.

Wine Down's staff has always been caring and helpful, and if there's any question about ingredients, they always confirm with the kitchen. There's a lot I can eat, whether I want apps, a cheese board, or an entree. However, their dessert pastry supplier recently changed the product, and the apple crisp is NOT gluten free anymore. My only dessert options are creme brulee and plain ice cream.
