Review of Copthorne Hotel & Resort Solway Park Wairarapa

Had the most delicious pork belly entree and pan fried fish for main - the staff were incredibly nice and checked if I was ceoliac as ordering gluten free, and recommended best meals for less risk of contamination. Every time they brought my food they confirmed it was for ceoliac without me even asking.. felt very safe eating here
