The bacon is paper thin and the gluten free bread is tiny and tasteless. I had the French toast and it was not even brown. I asked if it was even dipped. It had no taste and was so dry that as soon as syrup touched it, it went to mush. And it was expensive !! Over $10 of course there is an additional charge for the gluten free bread......So disappointed.
The back of their menu is a complete page of gluten free options, including gf French toast, toasted bread sides, and buckwheat crêpes!
I called ahead of time to ask if the GF toast advertised on their menu was toasted in a separate toaster and was told yes. Upon arrival, I informed the server that I had celiac disease and was told that in fact, they “get busy” often and “sometimes toast regular toast in the GF toaster”. I ended up allowing the rest of my party to eat and had a GF granola bar in my purse. Very disappointing that they have a supposed “GF” toaster that isn’t gluten free. Will not return.
This is not for celiac Risk of cross contamination far too high
Was delighted to find Cora’s has it’s own gluten free menu. They make Buckwheat Sorghum Crepes! I really enjoyed the whole grain gluten free toast with my breakfast.
On a un choix de trois assiettes déjà sélectionner et possibilité de changer le pain sur les autres assiettes. Sur le menu, on ajouté une texte mentionnant qu'il ne peuvent garantir la contamination croisée
not celiac safe, everything cross contaminated
be wary of gluten friendly and not gluten free have to ask for clean grill, bread not toasted etc.
