WONDERFUL! The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a few different cupcakes, the brownie cookie and the Carmel brownies. Every single one was amazing. Cant wait to go back! This is a must for all celiacs!

Everything here was so good! I called ahead when we were on the highway and they were so nice to set aside some items that we wanted so they didn't run out by time we got there. The take and bake scones were delicious to bake the next morning too.

This bakery is entirely gluten free, peanut free, and tree nut free. I tried one of everything available and all were amazing. The non-GF family members also loved their items and said they couldn't tell if it was GF or not. Very friendly and patient staff. We'll be back!

I went to visit this bakery by the request of my admissions counselor (Elise) at Roanoke College when I came to visit and mentioned I had Celiac Disease. Elise recommended the carrot cake cupcake and it was my favorite. The staff was so sweet and offered a free fresh loaf of gluten free bread and it was amazing. My sister and I both have celiac so the fact we could eat anything at that bakery without working about any issues made us so happy. This was back in May and I don’t remember everything my mom, my sister and I got but I sure remember I was happy. Totally recommend this place for someone who is gluten free like me!

This was our first visit and we will definitely be back! The staff was so friendly and even let us try a sample of their delicious bread. Yummy! We got their pepperoni and cheese rolls, a loaf of bread and donuts for tomorrow’s breakfast treat. They’d already sold out of their cream puffs, so that’s a goal for our next visit. Can’t wait!

This is a gf and nut free bakery. Has baked goods and breads. No meals. Eclair had a good taste but the filling could be more creamy. The chocolate chip cookie sandwich was good as well. My daughter enjoyed the cinnamon roll.

Go there, go now!! Absolutely amazing! I’ve been going for years and years for treats and they never fail to impress. Phenomenal desserts, and their cakes are awesome too!! Super safe also, dedicated to the max! They will answer any and all questions with complete confidence

This bakery is incredible! Best GF bakery I’ve been to and plenty of dairy free options!! The rosemary garlic multigrain loaf is amazing, especially right out of the oven. Loved the cupcakes, donuts, gingerbread cookies. Just wish they had more savory breads the day we stopped in. Worth ordering ahead. I’ll be ordering from DC!

Great little bakery! The owner's son has a gluten intolerance or Celiac, I can't recall which, so the stuff she makes is definitely safe for people with Celiac, and it's 100% yummy!

What a wonderful little surprise treasure to find on our trip but this fantastic little dedicated Gluten Free Bakery! They were very responsive and helpful. I wish I was staying longer So I could try more things!!! I got the vanilla "donuts" they were wonderful little glazed cakes, nice and moist!

Oh my gosh! ZERO risk of cross contamination! We were driving through Salem and happened upon Corbins! The rolls are soft and tasty. I had a delicious mocha cream filled puffed pastry that was flaky and soft. We took home a loaf of sourdough bread and brown bread (similar to a King’s Hawaiian bread). It’s worth the stop.

Went to Corbin’s Confections in Salem, VA, yesterday! It was absolutely fabulous!! Completely dedicated GF bakery! Everything we got was fantastic! Sorry no pics! It was gone quickly with three Celiacs in the house but my non GF husband and kids loved it, too!

I spoke with the owner and his wife. The wife is a celiac as well as their grandson, Corbin. He was the reason they opened the bakery.

We had fresh baked whoopie cookies, chocolate chip cookies in the Star Trek emblem sign 🤣, maple cake and cupcakes with cheesecake inside (colossal) as well as a loaf of bread!

I can’t wait until we’re in the area again! Definitely worth a try!!!

We stopped on our way through Salem as part of our Summer Road Trip 2018. Such a wonderful little bakery in a lovely college town. They were all out of bread by the time we arrived, but we snagged the last eclair - da bomb! - and several other treats to enjoy along our way. Absolutely worth a visit if you’re driving through or visiting the area. What luck the locals have! The owner-staffers were so friendly and offered travelled tips to help love on the road with a Celiac family a bit easier. ❤🍰🍩🍪❤
