I have been to this Corelife multiple times in the past few years. I have never had a reaction. All of their food is gluten free except for the optional complementary bread. I have a bit of an issue with them even offering that option as the kitchen goes from completely free of contaminants to a minuscule possibility of cross contamination. There have been a few times we’re the worker will get too excited and start to take out the bread before I answer “NO IM CELIAC!”
The food is fairly good if you are looking for a light and healthy option. There are many dairy free, vegan, vagitarian, egg-free, nut free, basically any allergen free option. This was one of the only safe restaurants for me while I was experiencing health issues and would get sick from not only gluten, but eggs, dairy, and soy as well.
The quality/flavor of the food has gone down at this location more recently. It seems to be hit or miss. Some days it’s very good, others it’s bland. However, it is always a safe, convenient option for me. Many times when I am preparing to travel I check for Corelifes in the are I am traveling to. Out of the many locations I have visited, I have never experienced a problem or had a reaction.

Great bowl food. I’d eat here every day if I lived closer.

The whole store is supposed to be gf except the optional bread at the register. We confirmed this with them before ordering but my daughter and I both got sick. And we had completely different items. There was some sort of cross contamination issues there today.

Great healthy food and unique drinks ( non-alcoholic). Nice staff: friendly and exciting. Can't wait to try different things. Had salads both times I was there. Very fresh and tasty! Good portion for the money.
ALL ITEMS ARE GLUTEN FREE!!!! from their website: It just makes sense. Especially when eating real foods that powers us… Eat what is in season. At CoreLife Eatery, everything we prepare starts as real, whole food and we focus on the best, freshest available. That means that we work with those around us to find the foods that are at their peak. We look for organic and GMO-free. Even the bones that we simmer every night are sourced from organic farms. We want to reflect a new way of thinking about food – a practice of sourcing that fuels the body and the soul.

I’ve been here twice and have never gotten sick. Good, tasty food and the staff were very knowledgeable about allergies and cautious. Plus, most of the food is gluten free or could be made gluten free! They also have lots of dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options!

Hate to write this review as the staff were so nice and took extra precautions like changing their gloves, but I got sick from eating here. I am INCREDIBLY sensitive, so it might be fine for less sensitive celiacs, but just wanted to give a heads up for others.

CoreLife is my go-to for GF meals. Their entire menu is GF except their tacos. It’s rare to have a restaurant be nearly completely GF. And everything is fresh and healthy! I definitely recommend this restaurant.
