I have been to this Corelife multiple times in the past few years. I have never had a reaction. All of their food is gluten free except for the optional complementary bread. I have a bit of an issue with them even offering that option as the kitchen goes from completely free of contaminants to a minuscule possibility of cross contamination. There have been a few times we’re the worker will get too excited and start to take out the bread before I answer “NO IM CELIAC!”
The food is fairly good if you are looking for a light and healthy option. There are many dairy free, vegan, vagitarian, egg-free, nut free, basically any allergen free option. This was one of the only safe restaurants for me while I was experiencing health issues and would get sick from not only gluten, but eggs, dairy, and soy as well.
The quality/flavor of the food has gone down at this location more recently. It seems to be hit or miss. Some days it’s very good, others it’s bland. However, it is always a safe, convenient option for me. Many times when I am preparing to travel I check for Corelifes in the are I am traveling to. Out of the many locations I have visited, I have never experienced a problem or had a reaction.
