I was disappointed that all ice creams are processed on equipment that also processes wheat so I didn’t feel safe eating any, but they do have clear allergen info available which is good.

The ice cream at the Cornell Dairy bar is amazing. The staff are trained for allergies. They have GF cones and an allergy menu. If you tell them about your allergy they will change gloves and get you ice cream from an unopened container in the back. In the attached factory they fully clean and sanitize the equipment between flavor runs to avoid allergy contamination. I can't wait to come back!
