Waiters were very helpful in describing celiac-safe food. Kitchen was also informed of my needs and took caution. Had the grilled quail and did not get sick.

An East Bay go to! Consistently great food, and the menu is constantly changing. The preparations lend themselves to being gluten free, and the wait staff are knowledgeable. Enjoy!

Excellent food. Items not marked on the menu, but the server was very knowledgeable and helped me customize something safe. I enjoyed the lamb Ragu over polenta. Delicious!

Delicious food, low-FODMAP friendly. The waitress was extremely accommodating and the food was fabulous. Started with the gluten-free bread, which was very good and then had an excellent gluten-free pasta with a tomato sauce (with no garlic and onion). My husband had the branzino, which was also excellent. Would highly recommend to others.

Excellent food and service. No separate menu, since the menu seems to rotate somewhat regularly, but almost everything is or can be made GF. The server went over all of the options with me when I told her I have celiac, and brought me GF bread.

Excellent restaurant. Very gluten free friendly - pasta and bread! Great wines! Not cheap though. We spent $170 for two for dinner and wine.

I really enjoyed the food here, I'm very sensitive celiac and had no contamination issues. I highly recommend the caponata. Its a really small portion but it is sooooo good! I think it was my favorite thing. They do have gluten free bread. Its a sunflower seed sandwich bread which I didn't think was that great of a pairing with italian food but still better than nothing. The gluten free pasta was excellent texture, just like the real thing. I got the spaghetti, it was good but the sauce was a bit average. The flourless chocolate cake is pretty good. Its not as dense as most flourless cakes which was nice.

Waitress was very knowledgable about what I could have. They substituted gluten free penne that was incredibly good for regular pasta in a dish with duck. Also brought me my own gluten free bread. Great meal and great gluten free experience
