the BEST cappuccino i’ve ever had. they use almond milk that they make in-house and it’s absolutely to die for! came back multiple days during the trip!! also be sure to try the caramel and pistachio pastry, and the rubini cookies!! soooo yummy and completely safe!!! (just be careful if you have nut allergies, literally everything here is made with nuts!)

Everything is vegan and gluten free! Which is a gluten free dairy free shellfish free heaven!! The pistachio caramel tart and the hazelnut mouse dome (sorry I couldn't remember the actual names) were very good. The tiramisu is better than most dairy free tiramisu I've had but still is call it so-so. GFDF cappuccino *chef's kiss* Workers were super friendly. There was a charge to sit if you spent under $7.50. which with coffee being 1.50-3.00 ish euro and treats being 3-7 ish wasn't too bad. For two people it's really not that hard to do. Plus they had bathrooms for customers (sometimes hard to come by) and indoor and outdoor seating.

Café has a charge if you want to sit down. The paste does are also vegan. Got the tiramisu and it tasted nothing like it should. It was not bad just should not be labeled as such. Was GF

All gluten-free! Yummy, pretty desserts (though they are the “healthy” “raw” kind of sweets, they were better than any similar healthy sweets I’ve had), fun juices, and coffees. They have drinking chocolate in the winter months too. Cute seating inside, as well as outside with a view of a lovely church and plaza. Great location near the train station!

Gluten free and vegan options! More cookies and cakes vs a typical breakfast pastry. Everything was delicious and enjoyed with some great coffee even by those in my group without celiac

As someone who suffers from many food allergies, my husband and I have set out on a food excursion, trying to find the best countries and restaurants that are allergy friendly. This is a great place we’re adding to our list. Very delicious raw, vegan, gluten free cafe. Everything in the cafe is gluten free, dairy free, and egg free (vegan), anyone with nut allergies, i don’t recommend eating here. So wonderful having a delicious place like this that caters to so many.

Delicious gluten-free cookies all made from nut flours. I skipped past this entry initially because, I’ll admit, I’m not drawn to paleo or raw foods. Don’t come expecting donuts or croissants, but they fo have a good variety of cookies that were all fantastic. I came to the shop a second time to stock up. Not inexpensive but a good experience.

Super friendly staff, everything is gluten free and vegan. They had almond milk instead of soy or oat which is super super nice for people with allergies. Baked goods are mostly raw but super delicious. The ice cream was super tasty and I had the first gluten free ice cream cone ever. Coffee is also very good, but a bit small.

Pastelería 100% sin gluten, vegana, raw, plastic free, etc. Café rico y barato, pastelería costosa (todo dulce) pero excelentes mini postres, cookies, mini tortitas. Lindo lugar y mesas con buena vista hacia plaza. Recomiendo pero no es pastelería italiana típica si eso es lo que buscas. Excelente trato del personal!

Absolutely delicious! EVERYTHING is vegan and gluten free! Truly heaven!! It’s a bit pricey, but that comes with the territory. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. A lovely place all around.

This is an amazing cafe for desserts. Everything is both gluten free and vegan so my lactose issues were not a problem. The food is amazing, the chocolate tart was delicious and rich while the raw cookie dough cookie was much more subtle and refreshing. They have a nice choice of teas, coffees and fruit drinks. We sat outside on the porch over looking the square and in front of Santa Maria Novella. I am so impressed with the food options and the friendly staff, I can't rate this place highly enough.
