We ate here recently. It’s set up like Chipotle, but the food tastes better. They said they can make anything gluten-free with a soft corn tortilla. I asked them to change their gloves. The chicken tastes fire-grilled and the rice was some of the best I’ve had anywhere! Neither my son or I got sick, so we were happy! (I’m not positive if the toppings come into contact with flour tortillas or not. That’s something to be aware of.) To melt the cheese, the staff puts the tortilla on aluminum foil on the grill. That’s a great way to do it! They make their tortillas fresh every day. Yum!
