Fantastic special menu event for New Year’s Eve far exceeded our expectations! Our main server was extremely knowledgeable about allergies, and caught/corrected a few mistakes that slipped through. Great, safe meal start to finish!
COTE is incredible! The selection of meats is amazing and the Ban Chan be made gf. We also were able to order on of the bibimbap bowls, which was delicious! Johnny, our main server, was knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac. The manager also came by to make sure everything was good. Apparently his finance has Celiac, so he was very attentive. Will be back!

Very knowledgeable about gluten free modifications. My bf and I got the Butcher’s Feast and our server was very clear about what she had to substitute for me. Couldn’t have the stews or the marinated meats but I still had a very full meal. We also added on the Bibimbap dish which was delicious. Scallion salad had a different version made for me separate from my bf’s. This is also a Michelin Star restaurant and lives up to that. Great meal! Got vanilla ice cream for dessert without the soy sauce caramel.
So many gluten free options. I was able to enjoy the butchers feast with modifications. Very safe and knowledgeable staff.

Got the butchers feast. They modified it so I got all courses but a little different than the rest of the table. It was awesome to have a family style meal and still be included.
Incredible experience! Very familiar with Celiacs & made wonderful accommodations!
