I’ve eaten here several times while driving through coming and going to visit my parents. There a LOTS of options for GF or GF on Request and they’re clearly marked on the menu. Sadly there is no GF cheesecake crust (yet!). Staff is either knowledgeable or they get the answer for you to be sure. They are definitely aware of the need to keep things safe. I’ve talked with the owner and one of the chefs in the past, both made me feel comfortable eating here. I’m not 100% sure how safe it would be for Celiacs but it’s definitely a great place with a wide variety of options.
