A bit expensive for me, but fun to get to have wings!

Waitress was knowledge, said they have dedicated fryer for GF but they can't guarantee there is no cross contamination on busy nights. So went with baked potato to be safe.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

Many items on the menu say they are gluten friendly but are fried with other gluten containing items. They have a "dedicated" fryer but use it for all items on busy nights. I don't know if they empty the oil daily or if it is the same oil from a busy night. We ended up ordering burgers (they have gluten free buns) with baked potatoes. Items are marked as "gluten friendly" on the menu but still can be fried in a shared fryer.

First time I was here I ordered the honey garlic boneless bites and they never told me they weren't gluten free. Second time I'm here and I try to order it again only to be informed the honey garlic bites are NOT gluten free. Our server the second time around was amazing and making sure to ask the kitchen all the required questions.

Got the gluten free boneless wings at Cowboy Jacks tonight for the first time! Celiac and didn’t get sick! Talked to the kitchen manager Chad who knew what celiac was and informed me that he would watch and make sure everything was done without cross contamination. The sauce choices they come in that are GF are BBQ, Mild, Hot, Dry Rub or Sauceless. Would like to try their other food too sometime!

Very good! Lots of options for GF meals. My favorite is the boneless wings. Everything is marked well on the menu.

Had delicious GF boneless BBQ wings! Waitress has a celiac sibling and had great knowledge of the menu. Plenty of GF labeled items and substitutions on the menu.

they have delicious gf pizza and buns. i love going here and have never gotten sick. they also don’t upcharge anything gf! can’t have the fries though, shared fryer.
